1. Purpose
The Partner (a law firm, agency, translation shop or company) sends its clients' documents to Kassa for translation and Thai MFA legalization, and sells the result to its clients at its own price.
2. Partner price
2.1 The Partner receives 10% off Kassa's own fees (translation, service and expedite fees) on every order.
2.2 The discount does not apply to MFA fees, courier costs or VAT.
2.3 The Partner sets its own price to its clients. Kassa does not contact the Partner's clients to sell to them directly, except to carry out the order (for example to return documents) or if the client approaches Kassa on its own.
3. How orders work
3.1 The Partner places each order through Kassa's partner account, website or LINE, with photos of the documents, and receives a quote and a tracking number.
3.2 The Partner pays each order before work starts, by PromptPay or bank transfer, unless both parties agree other terms in writing.
3.3 Kassa's Service Agreement applies to every order, including the on-time promise and its limits. Where it says "client", read "the Partner".
3.4 The Partner may forward the tracking link to its own client.
4. The Partner's duties
4.1 The Partner confirms it has its client's authority to order the service and to send Kassa the client's documents and personal data.
4.2 The Partner obtains its client's signed Power of Attorney and consent in the form Kassa provides.
4.3 The Partner checks that documents are genuine to the best of its knowledge and tells Kassa of any doubt.
5. Personal data
5.1 Each party is responsible for its own compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
5.2 Kassa uses the personal data the Partner sends only to carry out the order and as its Privacy Policy describes, and keeps it secure and confidential.
5.3 Each party tells the other without delay of any data breach affecting the other's clients.
6. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's business information, prices and client details confidential during this agreement and for three years after it ends.
7. Anti-bribery
Both parties follow Kassa's Anti-Bribery Policy. Neither party offers or gives anything of value to an official of the MFA or any authority to obtain or speed up a service. A breach allows the other party to end this agreement at once.
8. Name and logo
The Partner may say it works with Kassa and may show Kassa's logo as set out in the Kassa brand book. Neither party uses the other's name in any other way without written consent.
9. Term and ending
9.1 This agreement starts on the date above and continues until either party ends it with 30 days' written notice.
9.2 Orders already placed are completed on these terms.
10. Liability
Kassa's liability is as set out in the Service Agreement. Neither party is liable for the other's indirect loss.
11. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
