Anti-Bribery Policyนโยบายต่อต้านการให้สินบน
Draft 0.1 · October 2026
Draft, not yet in force. Under review before publication.
Kassa works every day with government offices. Our whole promise, a fair price and a date we keep, depends on doing that honestly. This policy applies to everyone who works for or with Kassa Partnership: partners, staff, freelancers, couriers and partner firms.
1. The rule
We never offer, promise, give, ask for or accept anything of value to influence an official or anyone else, or to obtain or speed up a service.
2. What this covers
- Officials: staff of the Department of Consular Affairs, the MFA, embassies, district offices or any authority. No money, gifts, meals, tips or favours, however small, and whether or not they ask.
- Queues and speed: we use only the MFA's official channels: its booking system, its counters, its express service and its published fees. We never pay anyone to jump a queue, reserve a slot or skip a check.
- Facilitation payments: small unofficial payments "to get things moving" are bribes. We do not make them.
- Through others: we do not pay a bribe through a courier, agent, partner, friend or relative.
- Accepting: staff do not accept gifts or payments from clients or suppliers in return for favours, priority or a lower price.
3. Gifts and hospitality
Occasional modest gifts to or from clients and business partners are allowed only if they are not meant to influence a decision, are worth no more than [3,000] THB, are given openly and are recorded. Never to officials.
4. Records
Every fee paid to the MFA or any authority is paid through official channels and supported by an official receipt kept with the order.
5. Partners
Partner firms and suppliers must follow this policy. Our Partnership Agreement allows us to end it at once if they do not.
6. Reporting
Anyone asked for a bribe, or who suspects one, reports it to [Mrs Radchaya Tangburanakij, Managing Partner] at [email]. No one will be punished for refusing to pay a bribe or for reporting in good faith, even if Kassa loses business as a result.
7. Consequences
A breach of this policy leads to dismissal or the end of the business relationship, and may be reported to the authorities.
8. The law
This policy supports our duties under the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption B.E. 2561 (2018), which can make a business liable for bribes given on its behalf unless it has appropriate internal controls to prevent them.
